As the founder and CEO of Bright IDEA Consulting LLC—a certified Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Minority Business Enterprise—Dr. Rolanda Fabien leads professional training initiatives that equip educators and leaders to create lasting impact.
With over 25 years in education, she has served as a teacher, instructional coach, adjunct professor, and entrepreneur, building deep expertise in special education, social-emotional learning (SEL), and trauma-informed care (TIC). By blending academic knowledge with real-world experience, she has developed transformative programs that help schools and organizations cultivate inclusive, supportive environments.
